SERVICES
Therapy that meets you where you are
I offer individual and couples therapy, in person in Toronto or online. My primary focuses are relationship dynamics, self-connection, cycle breaking, attachment trauma and neurodiversity.

When the same argument keeps coming back, it's usually a pattern, not a person. Drawing on Relational Life Therapy and the Wheel of Consent, we'll name the pattern you're caught in and practise more honest ways to ask for what you need and to repair when things go wrong. For individuals and couples, including neurodiverse relationships.

Description text goes hereFor when you feel numb, cut off from your body, or unsure what you want. Through body-based awareness, expressive arts (art therapy) and parts work (IFS), we'll slow down and build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself. Questions of meaning, faith and spirituality are welcome here, whatever tradition you come from, or none.
-
Some patterns were handed down to you. They don't have to be handed on. Whether you want to parent differently, set new boundaries with family, or grieve the care you didn't get, we'll look at what you inherited with compassion rather than blame, and practise new ways of responding.
-
Early relationships that didn't feel consistently safe can show up later as anxiety when someone pulls away, people-pleasing, or a harsh inner critic. These patterns made sense once. Through parts work, body-based awareness and family systems work, we'll meet them with care so they can learn to rest.

Affirming therapy for autistic adults, adults with ADHD or learning disabilities, and anyone who wonders if they might be neurodivergent. Unmasking, late diagnosis, suspicion, self-judgement, self-acceptance and relief. We won't try to make you seem more typical. We'll work out what you need, and sessions can be adapted to suit you.

My Grandmothers Hands; Training with Resmaa Menakem
Before becoming a therapist, I was an artist for many years, worked as a personal support worker (PSW) for neurodivergent adults, and served as a Buddhist hospital chaplain. I've also worked in community development and disability advocacy. I'm an ordained member of a Zen Buddhist tradition, and I come from a mixed-race family shaped by adoption. Each of these taught me how to stay steady with people through hard things, and I bring that steadiness to my work.
